Delivery Terms
We will try to dispatch your order on the same day as the order is received. Order dispatch can be delayed due to public and bank holidays, wrong delivery details given by customers,s and payment delays. In case of dispatch delays, we will contact and inform customers accordingly.
Delivery Time & Change delivery option
Our Delivery Partner will notify you by email and SMS about the delivery date and delivery option, as the receiver, the customer can change the delivery date and delivery option at your end. In case the delivery company missed the delivery because the receiver is not present, they will leave a card to contact them to rearrange the delivery for a different day which is convenient to you.
Customs delays & Import Duties
Orders from the Outside UK, Customer (Buyer) responsible for import taxes and duties in case if applied. There are chances for Delays in custom clearance. Shaalis jewels do not take any responsibility for any delays caused by Customs clearance.
